I joined SiteXNotely in 2023 after working with fintech infrastructure across Southeast Asia. My background is in systems architecture, but I spend most of my time now helping clients integrate our platform into their existing research workflows.

Getting Started With Platform Access

Account Registration Process

Registration takes about ten minutes. You'll need a valid email address and phone number for verification. We send a confirmation code to both—this dual verification helps prevent unauthorized access attempts we've seen increase across the region.

Identity Verification Requirements

For full platform access, we require government-issued ID verification. Thai national ID cards work perfectly, as do passports for international users based in Thailand. The process is handled through our secure verification partner and typically completes within two business days.

Security Configuration

Two-factor authentication becomes mandatory once you start accessing real market data. You can use SMS codes or authentication apps—most of our users in Thailand prefer SMS for convenience. Login sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity as a standard security measure.

Initial Platform Orientation

We schedule a 45-minute orientation session after your account is verified. This covers basic navigation, data interpretation, and where to find specific research tools. Sessions are available in English and can be scheduled for Bangkok business hours or evening times that suit your schedule.

Technical questions come up regularly as you start using the platform more extensively. Our support team responds to inquiries within four business hours during weekdays, with emergency technical support available for critical access issues.
